Welcome to Fit Day Club. Fit Day Club is a product by Visiontec. These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits our website or places an order with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our products

Fit Day Club Weight Loss Coffee is a food product made to be used alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person.

  • Do not use the product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are under 18.
  • If you have a medical condition, are sensitive to caffeine or take regular medicine, please ask your doctor before use.
  • Always read the directions and ingredients printed on the pack before use.

2. Prices and availability

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices, offers and pack prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Products are offered while stock lasts.

3. Orders

After you place an order we may call or message you on the phone number you provided to confirm it. We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the details provided are incorrect, if a product is out of stock, or if a price was shown incorrectly because of an error. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

You can pay with Cash on Delivery (COD) and with any other payment method shown at checkout. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready when the parcel arrives. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels without a valid reason may lead us to decline future COD orders.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times and details are explained in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

8. Website content

All content on this website, including the Fit Day Club name, logo, product images, text and design, belongs to Fit Day Club / Visiontec and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect loss arising from the use of the website or the products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
