Where we deliver

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders across Pakistan.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address. Please keep your phone on so your order is not delayed.

Delivery time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days in major cities and up to 7 working days in other areas.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery may sometimes take longer because of weather, strikes, public holidays or courier delays. We will keep you updated if this happens.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready and check that the parcel is sealed before you pay the rider.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking number with you by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us any time for an update.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please make sure your name, phone number and full address are correct. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone number or a refused delivery, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange delivery again.
